Please do not cancel your direct debit as we do this for you once you have submitted your cancellation request, and doing so may incur a charge. If you are having any problems with your cancellation, please contact our member enquiries team here.
Within the terms & conditions of your membership we state that all direct debits must remain active until we receive your notice to cancel. We need the required 30 days’ notice for us to process your cancellation and collect your final payment. By cancelling the direct debit this will stop us from doing so and will incur administration fees that we really don’t want to charge you… Please do not cancel your direct debit and allow us to process your cancellation through the correct administration process.
