Please do not cancel your direct debit as this will cause your membership to fall into default and you may incur fees that we really don't want to charge you.
Within the terms & conditions of your membership we state that all direct debits must remain active until we receive your notice to cancel. We need the required 30 days’ notice for us to process your cancellation and collect your final payment. By cancelling the direct debit this will stop us from doing so and will incur administration fees that we really don’t want to charge you… Please do not cancel your direct debit and allow us to process your cancellation through the correct administration process.
