We’re sorry to hear you have been charged. If you have been charged an admin fee, this is usually for one of two reasons:
1. Your direct debit has been cancelled directly with your bank or building society.
You can reinstate your direct debit by click here.
2. On collection of your recent monthly instalment there were insufficient funds in your account, therefore when Harlands make the second attempt to collect they will debit an administration fee.
