We’re sorry to hear you wish to cancel your gym membership with us.
Before we guide you on how to cancel your membership, did you know that you can freeze your membership free of charge for up to 3 months? That means that you are able to take time out from training for any reason – please click here.
If you’re set on your decision to leave, you can submit your 30 days’ notice to cancel on the Xercise4Less app or here.
All you need is the email address that you initially used to sign up or your reference number - if you can't find your reference number (W number), please contact our member enquiries team here.
Once you have done so, please allow 30 days for us to process your cancellation, during this time one more payment will be taken, and you will receive an email confirmation that your account has been cancelled. If you do not receive an email please contact our member enquiries team here as soon as possible.
We also ask you to keep your direct debit active as we cancel this for you, and we wish you a smooth exit from Xercise4Less.
If you are still in your 12 month contract, the only circumstances that make you eligible to cancel during this period are:
- You have moved to a new house over 15 miles away from any Xercise4Less gym.
- Long term medical illness or injury.
- Redundancy loss of income & livelihood.
Please note – ANY Cancellation for the above reasons will not be effected until the appropriate proof is provided. Please read our terms and conditions for more detailed information.
