How do I cancel/freeze my membership whilst Xercise4Less gyms are closed?

All Xercise4Less gyms are closed due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic. We have arranged for your payments to be frozen during this time.
Whilst the gyms are closed and payments are on freeze we are unable to process any cancellations. Please be assured we will not charge you in this period and will update you as to when we are able to reopen and when payments will begin again.
If you have any issues with your membership during the freeze period please can we advise you to raise a ticket with our Member Enquiries team who will look into your query as soon as possible, you can do this here .
To ensure the safety of our staff and following the guidelines on social distancing, we are currently working with a reduced work force. This means there could be a delay in response time. We will do our best to get back to your query as quickly as possible but would please ask that you take this into consideration when contacting us.
